A new build project in High Wycombe: The developer had architect plans approved and wanted to understand the layout options, proportions, scale & finishes that might be possible before the build started. This allows the client and builder to have a fully scaled design to discuss before building internal walls and first fix, saving time & money in the long run.

It also gave the developer more ideas about clever use of space and how to optimise the appeal across his likely buyer market.
